The Black Pete Billmark Super Apollo Vinyl Lure is a Blue Marlin magnet but will also make plenty of other species bite, big or small. One of the great thing about the Super Apollo is that it can be trolled in any sea condition no matter how rough or flat it is. Having a vinyl lure in your spread is like adding a secret ingredient, the vinyl skirt gives you something you won’t get from other materials like rubber octopus skirts. For a starter, you will get a denser bubble trail or “smoke” trail as the rough side of the vinyl allows the lure to grab more air as it’s pushing through water or each time it surfaces.
