Original GillRoid is one of top Bluegill type swimbaits and we finally completed GillRoid Jr as its downsized model.
The Imakatsu GillRoid Jr is 5.3inch/1.8oz, having a fish-attracting ability by high speed and slow speed retrieving, which is a special feature of a
flat-side bait. The GillRoid Jr comes with two tails, a Boot Tail as which moves naturally and has kicking power with a constant retreve and a Flat tail which is more of a reaction bite by using a jerking action.
You can try both technics depending on a situation.
Basically it is hard to make an accurate cast of Bluegill type swimbaits because of flat body. But the GillRoid Jr overcomes weaknesses with a rocket shape wider body which enables extremely long and accurate casts.
