It features a LiteFlex 1.2lb Polypropylene Core for excellent projection and responsiveness, paired with an EXT Stringer made of a high-strength composite-fibre tube that enhances stiffness and extends board life. The HD SLICK bottom, crafted from high-density polyethylene, provides added stiffness and speed, while the Wavecushion 8lb NXLPE outer skin offers top-tier performance. The Q12 crosslinked PP foam backing ensures stronger nose and tail seams, boosting overall board strength. The X4 MiniQuad channels are designed for tight control off the tail with quick release for fast transitions.

For enhanced grip, the board includes GripTech thermoformed textured grips, while XFL Armour offers premium seam strength and impact protection through heat-laminated Crosslink foam around the inner rails and nose tail. Precision shaping is achieved through CNC machines, ensuring consistent accuracy, and the Bull Grips on the nose provide improved finger grip with a contoured design for better handling. Finally, the Buzz Tech Lamination process thermo-fuses the outer skins to the core, optimizing board recoil and projection for an outstanding ride.
