The all new Penn Prevaill II rod.
Keeping its stylish Red/Black colour pattern as the previous model, but has been subtly refined to increase all round performance and durability. The Prevaill II features high quality Fuji Alconite tangle free K-guides, Ergonomically shaped rubber grip shrink tube for better contact feel, soft rubber gimbal cap & custom machined aluminium fittings.
The Prevail is built on a SLS3 blank which is constructed using inner and outer spiral wrap layers of carbon fibre to sandwich middle layers of alternating longitudinal carbon and glass. The spiral wraps maintain a round cross section in the blank when under load which helps the blank handle higher loads.The middle layers of unidirectional carbon and glass create the backbone of the rod by utilizing the strength of glass combined with the lightweight of the carbon fibre to deliver a strong, balanced and thin rod blank.
With 10 different models ranging from 8'4" - 14'6" these are the perfect choice for all Rock, Beach and Breakwall fishing.
