Victory knives a non-slip handle which are FDA approved, moulded into the handle is a finger guard for added safety. Victory knives have no gap at the handle / blade joint for better hygiene. The blade material is flat grinded with high polished surfaces which makes cutting easier and reduces corrosion. The blade is durable, and is easy to maintain a sharp cutting edge.
